Jaime Moreno (CEO & Director)
jaimemoreno@grupo-garcia.esI am originally from Benissa and started my career in the real estate sector in 1995, together with my wife. We opened our first office in the Jalón Valley with the enthusiasm of providing a close and trustworthy service in a region we deeply know and value. Over time, our company grew, and in 2015 we inaugurated our second office in Jávea, allowing us to expand the reach of our service and meet the needs of a broader market.
From the beginning, my main goal has been to ensure that both buyers and sellers have a positive, close, and satisfying experience during the process of buying and selling their properties. I understand that this is an important step for every client, and I strive to accompany them at every stage, providing peace of mind and a smooth, convenient management. For me, it is essential that each client feels they are in good hands and that they can rely on clear and honest advice at all times.
In addition to my work, I am passionate about running and traveling. Both activities help me disconnect and recharge energy, giving me the balance needed to face the daily challenges of the real estate sector.
Monica Vicens (CEO & Office Manager)
monicavicens@grupo-garcia.esSince I started working in 1989 as part of administrative departments in various companies, I have passionately dedicated myself to the administrative and accounting field—a profession where I have found my true calling and that has given me great satisfaction over the years. In 1995, when we founded our own real estate company, I took charge of the administration department. Since then, I have been responsible for all tasks in this area, from financial management to providing administrative support to our teams.
Currently, although our company has two offices, the headquarters of the administration department is located in Jalón, where I work every day. This space is not only the administrative center of our company but also a place where we can provide close and personalized attention to our clients and team.
On a personal level, I am a deeply family-oriented person. I enjoy spending my time outside the office with my family, which is my top priority. Additionally, I love traveling and sharing moments with friends, which helps me recharge and return to work with renewed motivation.

Travelling and cuisine remain a strong interest and one of the reasons I came to call Costa Blanca home is that it has so much to offer and caters for all of my interests including hiking, biking, sailing.
Aside from the incredible natural beauty here, it is really central to visits all over Europe and beyond.
I have over 10 years experience in the local real estate industry and the best part of the job is meeting new, interesting people from all over the world and helping them find a home here. It is a very satisfying job helping people make one of the most important choices of their lives.
Xavi Devooght (Sales Representative)
xavidevooght@grupo-garcia.esI was born in Belgium but knew from a young age that this was not the country I wanted to stay in. Especially because of the weather but also the rushing and stress everyone has did not suit my personality and I moved to Austria, a beautiful country but I still missed something and finally found a home in Spain, in Javea. The combination of mountains and sea is the perfect scene for me.
I have always worked in the sales sector but only got to know the estate agency world in Spain. Since 2017, I have been living here and working in the sector. I have also been into music for 30 years which has given me many good moments as a DJ over the years, including here in Spain.
My greatest passion is off road motorcycling which is a dream scenario here in this area. I have been working at Grupo Garcia since 2020 and hope to add many more years.
Glyn Butler (Representative of the United Kingdom)
glynbutler@grupo-garcia.esNow based in my native Yorkshire, but prior to this I lived in the picturesque Jalon Valley for over ten years in a beautiful villa designed and built by our company Managing Director, Jaime. I was heavily involved in the founding and development of Grupo García.
My background was in industry as an Instrument Engineer for a multi-National company, which allowed me to identify and introduce many industrial best practices to Grupo García. I have responsibility for both U.K. and U.S customer relations, along with negotiating collaboration agreements with other agencies. I pride myself on ensuring that our clients become friends for life!
Steve Charalambous (Marketing)

I feel extremely fortunate to have built my career globally, starting in the US in 2003, where I helped grow a Colorado brewery into a national brand. Since then, I’ve lived and worked in five countries, across three continents, gaining experience in multiple industries and a 360-degree marketing skillset. I have also worked for a few of the world’s leading global advertising agencies including Grey in San Francisco, M&C Saatchi in Abu Dhabi and Publicis in London.
My passion for international adventures has taken my career to the US, Australia, the UAE ,the UK and now Spain. My environment has always been a big driver in my life and you just can’t beat the lifestyle here on the Costa Blanca! The weather, the people and the culture are all some of the best I’ve experienced anywhere in the world.
When I’m not working, you can usually find me out running along the beautiful coastline or working on my padel game.
