The flat can only be accessed with an entrance code to the complex, which is good for security. Once we have entered the beautiful complex we reach the staircase to the flat, which is located on the first floor.
We enter through a small terrace and enter the flat, to the right is the open plan fitted kitchen, which has a large window from which we can see the Montgó, the beautiful lagoon with fish and frogs and the fantastic huge communal pool surrounded by lawns and gardens.
In front of the kitchen is the open plan living/dining room, equipped with a glazed wood burning fireplace which works very well, it has a grille that leads into the bedroom so that no heating is needed. From the lounge we reach a very private, south facing, little terrace / solarium. Near the entrance there is a small tosca archway leading to the spacious bathroom, fitted with a shower, and the large double bedroom with fitted wardrobes.

Very sunny and quiet, this flat is only five minutes from the centre of Jesús Pobre and its shops, a couple of kilometres from the La Sella golf club with the Marriot Hotel, and 10 minutes from Javea and its beaches.

In Jesús Pobre on Sundays there is a traditional flea market, where the visitor is enchanted by the treatment received, and there are many handicraft and gastronomic stalls. It is a very quiet town with few inhabitants. The main festival is celebrated one month after Easter.
